Finance Trustee
We are seeking a Finance Trustee to provide strategic financial oversight, ensuring strong financial management.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Finance Trustee with the following qualities.
- Relevant financial experience and qualifications.
- Experience in a senior leadership position within an organisation.
- At least one year of experience at board level within a charity, board of governors, or similar organisation.
- A commitment to upholding our positive, professional and collaborative culture.
- A strong alignment to the vision and purpose of the charity.
- The skills to analyse proposals and examine their financial consequences.
- A willingness to be available to the CEO and staff for advice and enquiries on an ad hoc basis.

- Strategic vision.
- Good, independent judgement.
- An ability to think creatively.
- A willingness to speak their mind.
- An understanding and acceptance of the legal duties, responsibilities and liabilities of trusteeship
- An ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
- A commitment to Nolan’s seven principles of public life: selflessness, integrity, objectivity, accountability, openness, honesty and leadership.
