Our Trustees play a vital role in shaping the direction of our charity. They help ensure we remain true to our purpose, serve our beneficiaries effectively, and make decisions that uphold the values we stand for.
Our Trustees, the CEO and staff have developed a strong, trusting, and collaborative working relationship, which is essential for our continued success. As we grow and evolve, we’re looking for new Trustees who will contribute to building and maintaining these relationships, founded on shared values, trust, and teamwork.
We believe in the strength of diversity — embracing the differences that make each of us unique while appreciating what we share in common. Our ambition is to make sure KidsAid’s services are accessible and relevant to all communities, especially those that are under-represented.
To help us achieve this, we’re looking to welcome new Trustees who can bring a broad range of perspectives, skills, and lived experiences to our Board.
