In August 2024, Proaction Martial Arts proudly hosted a Charity Fun Day and Sponsored Walk in support of KidsAid, bringing together families from Northampton and beyond for a fantastic day of activities and fundraising.
Proaction Martial Arts is a multi-discipline martial arts school with over 15 clubs across the Midlands. Offering Taekwon-do, Kickboxing, and Fitness classes, Proaction empowers individuals of all ages to build confidence, discipline, and resilience through structured training and positive mentorship. With values closely aligned to our mission, we’re thrilled to have them supporting KidsAid as their Charity of the Year.
Proaction have been a huge support for KidsAid throughout 2024. Earlier in the year, they hosted an awards evening which raised an incredible £5,179 for the charity. This latest event continued that momentum.
The Fun Day featured a packed programme of activities, including a bouncy castle, obstacle course, tombola, archery, football challenges, a bake sale, and martial arts demonstrations. It was a wonderful display of community spirit, with students, families, and local supporters coming together to raise vital funds and awareness for KidsAid.
We were also delighted to meet professional boxers Chantelle Cameron and Kieron Conway, who visited the academy, met attendees, signed memorabilia, and added to the day’s excitement.
A heartfelt thank you to Proaction and to everyone who took part. This event was a fantastic example of how local businesses and communities can work together to make a meaningful difference.
