Wellbeing interventions are provided in the form of individual or group workshops as an early intervention approach to supporting children, young people, and parents with their mental health.
The wellbeing programmes range from one-off sessions to a course of sessions running over a period of several weeks.
Workshop themes might include parent and child attachment; identity; healthy relationships; transition; self-care; self-esteem; digital wellbeing; mindfulness; or anxiety management.
We provide a range of creative therapies tailor-made to suit the needs of the child or young person we are working with.
