KidsAid is a charity based in Northampton providing creative Psychotherapies to children and adolescents and their families in Northamptonshire and surrounding areas. We work with both children and parents as needed to provide the best possible outcomes for the child.
Children are referred to us from social services, schools, children’s centres, GPs and other organisations as well as by family members or self-referrals.
We provide therapy to clients who have experienced a range of issues such as trauma, abuse, bereavement, bullying, family breakdown, illness, domestic violence or mental health problems.
The main duties of our therapist will be to provide high quality assessments and creative psychotherapy sessions to children, adolescents and their families on an individual or group basis as required. Ideally, we would like a therapist who has experience in working with adults and children.
