Growth & Partnerships Lead
You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, leading strategic growth initiatives and external relations. You’ll work closely with the CEO to position KidsAid for long-term sustainability while ensuring our mission and values remain central.
This role also provides a unique pathway for professional growth, with potential progression into a Deputy CEO position as your leadership within the organisation expands.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement strategic plans to support sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with the CEO to shape organisational direction.
- Identify and respond to regional and thematic opportunities and challenges.
- Champion cross-organisational alignment and collaboration.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent KidsAid externally with credibility and influence.
- Forge innovative partnerships to expand reach and deepen impact.
- Represent KidsAid at events, forums, and in the media.
Organisational Growth
- Drive expansion into new regions and service areas.
- Identify new models and structures to enable scale and effectiveness.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and support direct reports.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships and an inclusive, mission-driven leadership culture.
- Serve as a public face for the CEO, delivering speeches and engaging stakeholders.
Innovation & Impact
- Use data and evidence to inform decisions and communicate impact.
- Identify new approaches to scale and enhance effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
- Senior leadership experience in a scaling organisation.
- Independent and driven, self-motivated, and confident in making decisions, able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative, authentic, and inclusive leadership style.
- Strong communication skills across diverse audiences.
- Commitment to children, mental health, and social impact.
- Proven ability to build high-impact partnerships.
- Strategic and creative thinker with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to prepare and present clear, concise reports to senior leadership, subcommittees, and boards.
- Experience in or understanding of charity, health, education, or social care sectors.
- Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
Desirable: understanding of funding landscapes, experience with cross-sector partnerships, board reporting experience, and data-led decision-making.

We offer:
- Generous annual leave: 30 days plus bank holidays.
- Remote working.
- Salary: £36,000 per annum.
- Full-time permanent role (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) with occasional evenings or weekends as required.
- Travel allowance for work outside Northamptonshire.
