Responsibilities of Administrator

Administration

  • Maintain client records, review completed documentation and circulate reminders to the therapist team when required.
  • Monitor therapist expenses, process mileage forms and forward on to the bookkeeper for payment.
  • Check therapist invoices and timesheets against the CRM each month, update client records and record data on the deferred income spreadsheet.
  • Raise invoices in respect of commissioned work agreed.
  • Undertake a monthly credit control exercise.

Reporting

  • Sign off therapist invoices and send to the bookkeeper for payment.
  • Assist the Operations Lead with audits, quality compliance and the risk register.

HR

  • Induct new therapists, supply with relevant documents, conduct reference checks and process DBS checks.

General

  • Carry out any other duties as may be required.
  • Attend occasional fundraising and promotional charity events.
  • Attend monthly team meetings and actively contribute to the overall strategic and operational direction of KidsAid.
