KidsAid are extremely grateful for the support given by Odyssey Sports Events recently. Odyssey held a recent cycling event on the 25th May and donated an incredible £580 from their ticket sales to KidsAid. We are incredibly grateful for the continued support from Odyssey and look forward to the next event being held on the 14th September which is a ladies race called the Strada Rosa which is starting in Stony Stratford.
Mark Curley has continued to support Kidsaid by completing the exhausting Tough Mudder obstacle course for the second time to raise funds for Kidsaid. Tough Mudder is a 10-12 mile obstacle course designed to test all-around strength, stamina, teamwork, and mental grit and is certainly not for the faint hearted! The Trustees, staff and therapists at Kidsaid would like to say a huge thank you to Mark for his commitment and endless energy shown in raising funds for local children. Thank you!
The 5th Northamptonshire Girls Brigade held a ‘bag packing’ session at Asda, Kingsthorpe recently and raised a whopping £125 for Kidsaid! Congratulations go to Margaret who recently won an auction prize of a days fishing tuition at the recent charity Golf Day organised by the Rotary Club. Ray Jenkins, who donated the prize, joined Margaret at Grafham Water on 9th July. Margaret says she thoroughly enjoyed her day and successfully landed a fish.
