Maggie Allen FRSA
Senior Administrator and Secretary to the Board of Trustees
Hailing from the Lake District, Maggie’s education at Whitehaven Grammar School led to a place at Carlisle College of Art & Design.
With a career in marketing/advertising spanning over 25 years, Maggie is a published author and professional writer. She formerly held senior secretarial posts for both Nottinghamshire and Northamptonshire Area Health Authorities in acute and out-patient psychiatric units.
Social life includes dinner and supper parties, good films and nature documentaries, gardening, reading and creative writing – but mainly sharing time with friends.

Cilla joined KidsAid on 16th January 2012; she is a qualified social worker and has worked with children and families for the past 40 years – a career that has provided her with a wealth of skills and knowledge.
Cilla has held a variety of social work posts, generic social work, children and families, fostering and adoption, and more recently as the Registered Manager of Alliance Foster Care based in Collingtree, Northamptonshire.
